  • No, all bookings are paid in full upon booking your chosen date & time.

    • 72 hours or more prior to the rental date: One complimentary reschedule within four (4) weeks.

    • 48–72 hours prior: 50% of all payments will be refunded.

    • Less than 48 hours prior: All payments are non-refundable.

  • Your rental includes full access to the 500 sq. ft. studio space, complete with a desk and chairs, a TV, Bluetooth speaker, couch, and assorted seating and prop furniture. Complimentary coffee, water, and creamer are provided, along with access to a restroom.

  • The studio receives its best natural light in the morning through the main south-facing window. On sunny days, this light typically lasts from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Your rental includes access to a thoughtfully curated collection of studio props, including wooden and metal stools, cozy blankets, baskets, seasonal décor, and select backdrops to complement a variety of sessions.

Rental Timing
Your reserved rental time begins promptly at the scheduled start time and concludes promptly at the scheduled end time. We kindly ask that you allow ample time for client arrivals, transitions, and complete studio reset. Sessions extending beyond the reserved time will automatically incur an additional hourly rental fee.

Photographers & Session Types
Each rental includes use of the studio for one photographer. Styled shoots are warmly welcomed; however, pricing may vary to accommodate multiple creatives. Mini sessions and multi-client bookings are also permitted and are subject to adjusted rates.

Studio Care & Presentation
To maintain the elevated aesthetic of the studio, all areas must be left in the same pristine condition in which they were found. This includes white floors, walls, windows, furnishings, bathrooms, vanity areas, and kitchen spaces. Failure to properly reset the studio may result in forfeiture of the security deposit or an additional professional cleaning fee.

Studio Etiquette

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and within 20 feet of all entrances.

  • Food and beverages are permitted exclusively in the client lounge area.

  • Music and conversation should remain at a respectful volume and free of vulgar or offensive language.

Restrictions & Damage Policy
For the protection of the space, open flames, candles, pets, glitter, cake smash sessions, sand, or any materials that may stain or damage surfaces are not permitted without prior written approval from studio management. Nails, pins, or permanent adhesives are not allowed—only removable hooks or putty may be used. Any damage to the studio or its contents will be the financial responsibility of the renter.

Responsibility & Conduct
The renter is responsible for the conduct, safety, and supervision of all clients and guests during the rental period. Studio management reserves the right to pause or terminate any session if policies are not observed or if the environment becomes unsafe or disruptive.

Furniture & Props
Furniture and props may be thoughtfully rearranged as needed. Please lift—never drag—furniture, and enlist assistance when moving heavier pieces. All items must be returned to their original placement prior to departure.
